| New York based artist Gabriela Dellosso received her BA from The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. She has studied classical realism in painting and drawing at The Art Student’s League and The National Academy of Design in NYC. Her work has won numerous awards and scholarships from prestigious organizations, including: The Allied Artists of America, Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club, and The Hudson Valley Art Association. She has exhibited her work at the Butler Institute of American Art, The National Arts Club, The Salmagundi Club, Lincoln Center, Fraser Gallery, Flinn Gallery, and several others. Publications include The Artist’s Magazine and Spectrum -The Best in Contemporary Fantasy Art. She is the first woman to have been commissioned a Salmagundi Club presidential portrait. The portrait of “Ed Brennan” is part of the permanent collection of the Salmagundi Club in New York. Her work can also be found in private and gallery collections.
